In addition to sequences demonstrating G-Girl’s superpowers – flight, heat vision, superhuman strength – Digital Domain created an animated shark in the signature set piece of the film. To enable the all CG shark to rampage a Manhattan apartment in pursuit of Luke Wilson, Digital Domain seamlessly combined filmed footage with CG shark movements.
