Digital Domain Appoints Mr. Henry HOOI as Non-Executive Director and Chief Strategic Advisor
11.01.24Hong Kong, November 1, 2024 — Digital Domain Holdings Limited (“Digital Domain” or the “Company”, stock code: 547), a global leader in visual effects and transformative experiences, recognized for nearly two decades of pioneering work in the virtual human space, today announced the appointment of Mr. Henry HOOI Hing Lee (“Mr. HOOI”) as non-executive director and chief strategic advisor of Digital Domain, effective from November 1, 2024. This appointment reflects Digital Domain’s emphasis on and commitment to the overall operations, development, and long-term growth.
Mr. HOOI has over 31 years of professional experience in the finance industry, having held various roles in business and operational management at major banks and financial institutions across Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. He is also the founder of pH Capital Limited, an impact investment company. Additionally, he is an independent non-executive director of a HKSE listed Frontier Services Group Limited.
With his formal appointment as a non-executive director, he will also advise on the Company’s strategy in leveraging the Company’s proprietary AI enabled technologies to expand beyond entertainment.
