Digital Domain created the film's title sequence, which takes place through a character's brain at the cellular level. The entirely CG sequence lasted nearly two minutes and developed as one continuous shot. Artists also created a harrowing mid-air collision that takes place later in the film. For that scene, a blend of green-screen sets and CG animation offer the view from within the cabin of a plane as another aircraft strikes it.
