Digital Domain artists crafted the massive CG avalanche threatening snowboarder Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) as well as the head replacement shots of Cage on a motorcycle sailing over an exploding barn. Both sequences required extensive rotoscoping and compositing to place the character in the scenes realistically.
