Digital Domain’s postvisualization team was key to bringing the 12-foot Annabelle doll to life, animating her terrifying transformation and defining how she moves. The team also provided postvis for the complex oner shot flying over the Smurl house. This sequence required a seamless transition from the original plate photography into a dynamic aerial pass over the entire neighborhood, with progressively increasing levels of CG atmosphere and rain throughout.
