Wen-Chyi Ong was appointed as an executive director of the Company on 4 July 2026. Mr. Ong currently serves as an independent director, a member of the audit committee, compensation committee, risk management committee and corporate sustainability and information security committee of ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (“ASEH”) and an independent director and a member of the audit committee and compensation committee of Kenda Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Kenda”). He is also an independent director of CAROTA Corporation Taiwan Branch (Cayman Islands).

Mr. Ong was the chairman of the board of SinoPac Financial Holdings Company Limited (“SinoPac”) from 2017 to 2020 and an independent director of Formosa Plastics Corporation (“Formosa”) from 2021 to 2024. He has accumulated extensive experience in finance, risk management and international relations throughout his career.

The share of each of ASEH (TWSE stock code: 3711), Kenda (TWSE stock code: 2106), SinoPac (TWSE stock code: 2890) and Formosa (TWSE stock code: 3101) is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation while the American depositary receipt of ASEH (NYSE symbol: ASX) is listed on The New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the National Taiwan University and a Master’s Degree of Science in Investment Management from The City University, London.
