Shu-Min Chen was appointed as an executive director of the Company on 4 July 2026. Mr. Chen currently serves as Asia chief executive officer and executive board of director for Asia Innovation Hub’s partnership with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and an independent director of De Poan Pneumatic Corp. (security code: 1570), the shares of which are listed on the Taipei Exchange. Mr. Chen was appointed Nasdaq Market Technology vice director, Greater China and representative in Taiwan between 2011 and 2024. He also received Nasdaq Global Brand Ambassador Award in 2023.

With over 30 years of experience in software engineering, financial technology and international capital markets, Mr. Chen’s career has spanned leadership roles across national securities, futures exchanges, brokerage firms, investment field and especially US capital market. From 2011 to 2024, Mr. Chen worked at Nasdaq, where he oversaw the market tech business in Nasdaq Fintech, supporting market surveillance tech, index business, data business, IPO businesses and set up most of business networking in Greater China for Nasdaq.

Starting from 2020, Mr. Chen focuses on green finance, AI (AIDC), carbon marketplace and semi-conductor industry development in Asia to help enterprise go to capital market. Mr. Chen brings a wealth of resources and a deep, well-established network of senior technology and finance executives across Greater China, making him a key facilitator of high-level partnerships in the region. His extensive relationships span influential leaders in fintech, capital markets, and the broader technology ecosystem, allowing him to bridge connections between emerging startups, established corporations, and regulatory bodies. In AI era, this powerful network positions Mr. Chen as an engine to drive innovation in the future such as AI, green finance, carbon market, and intelligence manufacture industry.

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from Taiwan’s National Tsing Hua University (NCHU).
