Sudheer Suresh Reddy was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 4 July 2026. Mr. Reddy currently serves as the president of global visual effects (VFX) for the Group, bringing over 27 years of industry leadership to the role. Over his 15-year tenure with the Group, Mr. Reddy has been instrumental in driving its international expansion. His key milestones include pioneering the launch of the Group's Hyderabad studio and spearheading operations for the Vancouver and Montreal hubs. He is also an officer of certain subsidiaries of the Company.

Known for bridging creative vision with operational excellence, he oversees global productions spanning feature films, episodic content, and emerging media. Prior to his current role, Mr. Reddy managed large-scale pipelines and cross-border teams in India and Los Angeles as a senior leader at Reliance MediaWorks. He also held foundational creative roles at Flux Animation Studios in New Zealand and other leading Indian studios. Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune and a Certificate of Merit in Computer Graphics and Animation.
