Digital Domain artists met a three-week deadline to make these GM vehicles seem to hover in mid-air for Deutsch and director Phil Joanou. Over a dozen different types of cars were modeled and textured in a very short time, and artists used proprietary software to match the vehicles' reflections and shadows to the live action footage.
